Mindful Care Yoga Classes

In response to Covid-19 I am offering virtual classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a donation basis via Zoom. Classes will continue to be offered virtually following the reopening of the Yoga Center until social distancing is no longer necessary. A limited number of face to face participants will be admitted to participate in person. Details will be announced when protocols have been established. Zoom is an amazing web-based video conferencing and classroom tool that you can install on your smartphone and your computer. The app is free and if you've never used it before, you will find it to be very easy to use. And, while social distancing is imperative in our day-to-day lives, using Zoom will allow me to interact with you online using high-quality video and audio.

Donations are appreciated. Pay what you can, if you can. Your donations will help me support The Yoga Center where I will continue to pay rent during this unprecedented closure of businesses.

Tuesday classes are from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM with 15 minutes to spare for wrapping up and questions. Login will be available beginning at 5:30 PM.

Private & Semi-Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are a great place to start for those who are new to yoga or have not practiced for a while. Private sessions are ideal for you if you are living with chronic illness, recovering from cancer, trauma, or injury.

Personal Assessment Private Introductory Class

If you are curious about Yoga Therapy and how you might benefit from it, you can schedule a personal assessment and initial private introductory class. Prior to the session, you will complete and submit a thorough intake form, including health history. In your one-on-one session, we will review your health history, go through a thorough physical assessment and customized targeted practice. I will send you home with your personalized sequence for your home practice.

  • Download the intake form and send it to me in advance of our appointment.

Following this meeting, you can take advantage of a 15% special on your next 4 sessions.

 

Single Sessions Private or Semi-Private

If practicing in a group is not your style or you want to become more comfortable so you can join a public class, you can take advantage of *private or *semi-private lessons as my schedule allows.

*An Intake Session is required prior to scheduling private or semi-private lessons.

The price for an occasional private lesson is $60 per hour.

Schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly *private yoga therapy sessions for *$45 per 1-hour session.

Note:

Private and semi-private sessions are held in Studio 13, my private studio. Other locations may be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to outcall fees.

Due to the Corvid-19 pandemic, my in-person sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Face-to-face sessions will resume when it is safe.
