Whole-in-One classes address the "whole" person, reuniting mind, body, and spirit in a complete practice. This Hatha Yoga, level 1 class moves slowly, focusing on functional movement in an accessible beginner-friendly practice. This practice aims to improve proprioception, balance, and structural alignment. Classes are taught with attendees' needs in mind.

Rise and Release is a Hatha Yoga, level 1 class that incorporates therapy balls for myofascial release and standard props to improve proprioception, alignment, and functional movement. Classes are taught with attendees' needs in mind.

This is a beginner-level Hatha yoga class focused on anatomy and functional movement for healthy aging. We will explore self-myofascial massage using therapy balls, and the use of props to support your practice. Classes will include centering breath work, self-myofascial massage, yoga poses, and guided deep relaxation. Weekly classes will focus on specific areas of the body using myofascial self-massage to facilitate movement and improve postures. Imagine a "tune-up" for your body through your yoga practice!
