Yoga is a complete practice for the mind, body, and spirit. Taking a mindful approach to yoga, starting where you are now, can help you regain range of motion, heal from injuries, and create more balance in your daily life. My approach aims to introduce you and your body to yoga and pranayama (breath work), through classical, and restorative poses to help improve functional movement, strength, and balance. Small group classes are offered in a safe and supportive environment. All bodies are different, and this yoga is suitable for *almost everyone, all ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcome.
*Affordable private sessions are available and recommended to start with for those living with chronic illness, or recovering from cancer, trauma, or injury. Explore these options.
