Whole-in-One classes address the "whole" person, reuniting mind, body, and spirit in a complete practice. This Hatha Yoga, level 1 class moves slowly, focusing on functional movement in an accessible beginner-friendly practice. This practice aims to improve proprioception, balance, and structural alignment. Classes are taught with attendees' needs in mind.
Wednesday Chair Yoga Class

Chair Yoga is for those who have challenges getting up and down from the floor, have balance issues, are recovering from injury, or want an accessible yoga class! This beginner-friendly class utilizes a chair for support and balance. It blends functional movement with seated and standing poses, aiming to improve range of motion, balance, and overall well-being.

Washoe Valley

Held at The Washoe Valley Community Center, (AKA The South Valley's Volunteer Fire Department and Community Center).
This is a beginner-friendly, weekly Hatha yoga class. The class blends functional movement with classical poses to improve range of motion, balance, and well-being.
