Tuesday Whole-In-One Yoga

Whole-in-One classes address the "whole" person, reuniting mind, body, and spirit in a complete practice. This Hatha Yoga, level 1 class moves slowly, focusing on functional movement in an accessible beginner-friendly practice. This practice aims to improve proprioception, balance, and structural alignment. Classes are taught with attendees' needs in mind.
Thursday Rise and Release

Rise and Release is a Hatha Yoga, level 1 class that incorporates therapy balls for myofascial release and standard props to improve proprioception, alignment, and functional movement. Classes are taught with attendees' needs in mind.

Yoga for Healthy Aging

Discover your path to healthy aging with my beginner-friendly Hatha yoga course at The Washoe Valley Community Center, Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 PM, starting in September. Date TBD.
This course is taught through an anatomical lens. Using props for support and blending functional movement with classical yoga poses, restorative poses, and self-myofascial massage techniques to improve range of motion, balance, and instill a sense of well-being.
